Die Burg Husen ist die Ruine einer hochmittelalterlichen Höhenburg über der Stadt Hausach im Ortenaukreis in Baden-Württemberg. Vermutlich im 12. Jahrhundert von den Herzögen von Zähringen erbaut, wurde sie 1246 erstmals als Castrum Husen erwähnt und war im Besitz der Grafen von Freiburg, bevor sie 1303 durch Heirat an die Grafen von Fürstenberg kam. Graf Heinrich VI. von Fürstenberg ließ die Burg im 15. Jahrhundert erweitern und umbauen. Die Burg wurde 1632 abgebrannt und wieder aufgebaut, aber 1643 von französisch-weimarischen Truppen zerstört. Später wurde die Ruine in die Verteidigungsanlagen des Tales einbezogen. 1896 erhielt der Bergfried eine Zinnenkrone, und 1968 kaufte die Stadt Hausach die Ruine vom Fürstenhaus Fürstenberg. Heute sind Teile der Palasmauer, der Batterieturm und der 14 Meter hohe Bergfried erhalten, der als Aussichtsturm genutzt wird.

Der Brandenkopf ist einer der höchsten Berge des Mittleren Schwarzwaldes in Baden-Württemberg und liegt auf den Gemarkungen der Gemeinden Oberharmersbach, Fischerbach und Hausach. Der Berg ist durch Straßen und Wanderwege gut erschlossen und beherbergt den Sender Brandenkopf sowie den 32 m hohen Brandenkopfturm, einen steinernen Aussichtsturm mit weitem Ausblick. Auf dem Brandenkopf befindet sich auch ein Wanderheim des Schwarzwaldvereins mit Gaststätte und zwei Windenergieanlagen, die die günstige Windlage nutzen.

Hausach ist eine Stadt im Kinzigtal im Schwarzwald im Ortenaukreis in Baden-Württemberg. Die Stadt ist Teil des Oberzentrums Offenburg und bildet zusammen mit den Städten Wolfach und Haslach im Kinzigtal ein gemeinsames Mittelzentrum. Hausach hat eine lange Geschichte, die bis ins 13. Jahrhundert zurückreicht, und war früher Teil des Fürstentums Fürstenberg. Die Stadt entwickelte sich im 19. und 20. Jahrhundert zur Industriestadt und wurde durch die Eisenbahn erschlossen. Hausach ist heute ein wichtiger Industriestandort und bietet zahlreiche Bildungseinrichtungen. Die Stadt ist auch bekannt für ihre schwäbisch-alemannische Fastnacht und das jährliche Literaturfestival "Hausacher Leselenz". Hausach unterhält eine Städtepartnerschaft mit der französischen Gemeinde Arbois.

Der Burgstall am Galgenbühl, auch bekannt als Burgbühl, ist eine abgegangene hochmittelalterliche Höhenburg vom Typus einer Turmburg in Haslach im Kinzigtal, Baden-Württemberg. Die Burg befand sich auf einem kleinen ovalen Geländesporn, dem "Galgenbühl", und wurde vermutlich von einem kleinen Niederadel oder Ministerialen genutzt. Von der ehemaligen Burganlage sind noch das Plateau und Fundamente eines 9x9 Meter großen Steinhauses erhalten. Der heutige Name "Galgenbühl" leitet sich vom ab 1738 errichteten Galgen des Amtes Haslach ab.

Das Museum Freihof in Haslach im Kinzigtal dokumentiert das Leben und Werk von Heinrich Hansjakob, Carl Sandhaas und Otto Laible. Der Freihof war von 1913 bis 1916 der Altersruhesitz von Heinrich Hansjakob, der dort bis zu seinem Tod lebte. Nach seinem Tod diente das Haus als Altenheim für Vinzentinerinnen, bevor die Stadt Haslach es 1964 erwarb und das Hansjakob-Archiv einrichtete. Das Museum wurde 1980 um Werke von Carl Sandhaas und Otto Laible erweitert und 1998 sowie 2014 neu gestaltet. Der Freihof ist als Schwarzwaldhaus konzipiert und umfasst einen Park, eine Kapelle und verschiedene Wohn- und Arbeitsräume.
