Die Landeshauptstadt Dresden lädt alle Interessierten zur öffentlichen Erörterung im Rahmen der Neugestaltung des Königsufers ein. Diese findet am Donnerstag, den 8. August 2024, um 17:30 Uhr im Kulturrathaus, Clara-Schumann-Saal, Königstraße 15 statt. Ziel der Neugestaltung ist es, die Brachflächen zwischen dem Bilderberg Bellevue Hotel Dresden und der Wiesentorstraße neu zu beleben und eine attraktive Verbindung zwischen Altstadt und Neustadt zu schaffen.
Im Rahmen eines städtebaulichen und freiraumplanerischen Ideenwettbewerbs, der auch Bürgerbeteiligung integrierte, wurde ein Leitbild für die zukünftige Entwicklung des Königsufers und des Neustädter Marktes erarbeitet. Auf Basis dieses Leitbildes wird der Bebauungsplan Nr. 3018 für den Teil des Königsufers entwickelt.
Während der öffentlichen Erörterung wird der Vorentwurf des Bebauungsplanes vorgestellt. Interessierte haben die Möglichkeit, ihre Meinungen und Anregungen einzubringen. Die Planungsunterlagen sind vom 29. Juli bis einschließlich 6. September 2024 unter www.dresden.de/offenlagen sowie im World Trade Center, Ammonstraße 70, einsehbar. Die Entscheidung für die Entwicklung des Gebietes basiert auf einem internationalen Wettbewerb, der von 2017 bis 2019 durchgeführt wurde. Die Arbeit von Bernd Albers, Gesellschaft von Architekten, Berlin, mit Vogt Landschaftsarchitekten, Berlin/Zürich, bildet die Grundlage für den Bebauungsplan Nr. 3018 Dresden-Innere Neustadt Nr. 9, Königsufer.

In Dresden ist das Füttern von Stadttauben gemäß der Polizeiverordnung verboten. Diese Maßnahme ist aufgrund der Gesundheitsrisiken durch Taubenkot und die Verbreitung von Krankheitserregern gerechtfertigt. Tauben gelten als Überträger von Parasiten und Krankheiten, ihr Kot kann Bauwerke schädigen. Verstöße gegen das Fütterungsverbot können mit Geldbußen bis zu 5.000 Euro geahndet werden, um die öffentliche Ordnung und Gesundheit zu schützen.

Provisorische Straßenbeleuchtung auf der Lingnerallee bis Ende Juli
Bis Freitag, den 26. Juli 2024, wird auf der Lingnerallee zwischen Torhaus und Blüherstraße eine provisorische Straßenbeleuchtungsanlage errichtet. Fachleute verlegen rund 20 Meter Erdkabel sowie zahlreiche Meter Luftkabel und installieren sieben Leuchten an Holzmasten ohne Fundamente. Der bislang unbeleuchtete südliche Gehweg der Lingnerallee wird damit erstmals ausgeleuchtet.
Der betroffene Abschnitt der Lingnerallee befindet sich in einem Bebauungsplangebiet, was derzeit die Errichtung einer dauerhaften Beleuchtungsanlage verhindert. Daher hat die Stadt Dresden diese temporäre Maßnahme initiiert, um die Sicherheit und Sichtverhältnisse für Fußgänger zu verbessern.
Geringe Verkehrseinschränkungen
Während der Bauarbeiten kommt es zu geringen Verkehrseinschränkungen aufgrund der Grabungen an den Leuchtenstandorten. Die Erreichbarkeit der angrenzenden Grundstücke bleibt jedoch gewährleistet. Die Firma Hundeck Tief- und Wegebau GmbH führt die Tiefbauarbeiten aus, während der Regiebetrieb Zentrale Technische Dienstleistungen der Landeshauptstadt Dresden die Elektromontagen übernimmt.
Die Stadt Dresden investiert insgesamt 23.500 Euro in dieses Projekt. Diese Investition in die temporäre Beleuchtung zeigt das Engagement der Stadt, die Infrastruktur und Sicherheit für ihre Bürger kontinuierlich zu verbessern, auch wenn langfristige Lösungen noch in Planung sind.
