Groß Warnown – Die Schüler der Schule in Groß Warnow hatten kürzlich die einzigartige Gelegenheit, ihr Können als kleine Forscher im Gadower Forst unter Beweis zu stellen. Unter der fachkundigen Anleitung von Herrn Hagedorn wurden die Kinder in verschiedene Teams zu je sechs Schülern aufgeteilt, um nach Karte die einzelnen Stationen zu suchen, zu finden und dort spannende Aufgaben zu absolvieren.
Die Aufgaben waren vielfältig und forderten sowohl das theoretische Wissen als auch praktische Fähigkeiten der Schüler heraus. Beispielsweise mussten sie typische Waldtiere bestimmen und die Unterschiede zwischen einem Marder und einem Marderhund erkennen. Auch galt es, einen Fluss über einen darüberliegenden Baumstamm zu überqueren, was ein gutes Gleichgewicht und eine stabile Haltung erforderte.
Bei strahlendem Sonnenschein wurde auch Zeit für Spiel und Spaß. Der Fuchsbau erwies sich als absoluter Favorit unter den Kindern, die sich nicht nur hineinkriechen, sondern auch verstecken und sich gegenseitig erschrecken konnten.
Der Tag verging allzu schnell, und die Schüler mussten sich von der Waldschule verabschieden. Ein herzliches Dankeschön geht an die lieben Mitarbeiter der Waldschule unter Leitung von Herrn Hagedorn für diesen unvergesslichen Tag.
Es war ein fantastischer Schultag, und wir versprechen: Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Der Landkreis Spree-Neiße, gelegen im Südosten von Brandenburg, ist ein Landkreis von reicher Natur und historischer Bedeutung. Die Geografie des Landkreises ist geprägt durch die Niederlausitz und die Landschaften des Oberspreewaldes, der Lieberoser Heide und des Muskauer Faltenbogens. Der Landkreis grenzt im Norden an den Landkreis Oder-Spree, im Osten an Polen, im Süden an die sächsischen Landkreise Görlitz und Bautzen, im Westen an den Landkreis Oberspreewald-Lausitz und im Nordwesten an den Landkreis Dahme-Spreewald.
Der Landkreis Spree-Neiße entstand am 6. Dezember 1993 im Zuge der Kreisreform in Brandenburg aus den Landkreisen Cottbus, Guben, Forst und Spremberg. Seitdem hat der Landkreis eine stabile Bevölkerungsentwicklung mit einem leichten Rückgang der Einwohnerzahlen.
Die politische Landschaft des Landkreises wird vom Kreistag bestimmt, der aus 50 Mitgliedern besteht. Derzeitiger Landrat ist Harald Altekrüger (CDU), der für seine Arbeit im Amt des Landrates geehrt wurde. Der Landkreis ist auch bekannt für seine vielfältige Parteienlandschaft, mit Kreisverbänden von CDU, SPD, FDP, Bündnis 90/Die Grünen, der Linken, der AfD und weiteren Parteien.

Der Landkreis Spree-Neiße befindet sich im Südosten des Bundeslandes Brandenburg und ist Teil der Niederlausitz. Seine Verwaltung hat ihren Sitz in der Stadt Forst (Lausitz). Geografisch umschließt der Landkreis die kreisfreie Stadt Cottbus vollständig und grenzt im Norden an den Landkreis Oder-Spree sowie im Osten an Polen mit den Landkreisen Krosno und Żary. Südlich liegen die sächsischen Landkreise Görlitz und Bautzen, im Westen der Landkreis Oberspreewald-Lausitz und im Nordwesten der Landkreis Dahme-Spreewald.

Daneben spielen die Kunststoff- und Chemieindustrie, die Metallbearbeitung sowie die Ernährungs-, Papier- und Bauindustrie eine bedeutende Rolle. Bedeutende Industrie- und Gewerbegebiete befinden sich vor allem in den Städten Spremberg, Forst (Lausitz), Guben und Welzow.
Die Verkehrsinfrastruktur des Landkreises ist durch die Bundesautobahn A15 sowie mehrere Bundesstraßen wie die B97, B112, B115, B156, B168, B169 und B320 gut erschlossen. Auch das Eisenbahnnetz ist gut ausgebaut, unter anderem mit Verbindungen nach Berlin, Görlitz und ins benachbarte Polen.
Touristisch ist der Landkreis vor allem durch den Spreewald, die Niederlausitz und das Lausitzer Seenland attraktiv. Besonders beliebt sind Kanutouren auf Spree und Lausitzer Neiße sowie das gut ausgebaute Radwegenetz mit über 1000 Kilometern Länge. Der Landkreis Spree-Neiße verfügt zudem über 22 ausgewiesene Naturschutzgebiete und pflegt Partnerschaften mit mehreren internationalen Regionen.
In der politischen Landschaft des Landkreises Spree-Neiße spielt die Kreistagswahl eine zentrale Rolle, bei der verschiedene Parteien und Wählergruppen um die 50 Sitze im Kreistag kämpfen. Der Landrat, aktuell Harald Altekrüger (CDU), ist das stimmberechtigte Mitglied des Kreistags und verantwortlich für die Verwaltung des Landkreises.

Der Landkreis Teltow-Fläming liegt im südlichen Teil des Bundeslandes Brandenburg und erstreckt sich über eine Fläche von etwa 2.104,2 km². Er wurde am 5. Dezember 1993 im Zuge einer Kreisreform gebildet und hat seinen Verwaltungssitz in Luckenwalde. Die Landschaft des Kreises ist geprägt durch die Teltower Platte im Norden und den Fläming im Süden, die durch das Nuthe-Urstromtal voneinander getrennt sind.
